How it works

Some of the bench does PILLAR work alongside a full-time role at a major brand or agency. Some are independent consultants who choose PILLAR projects because the work is meaningful. PILLAR invests in the tools and systems that make the work better and skips everything else, so the efficiency is passed back to the client in real dollars, and back to the contractor in real rates.

You are an independent contractor with your own clients, your own schedule, and your own professional identity. A straightforward noncompete protects active client relationships, and nothing more.

PILLAR pays above-fair rates because the work demands it, with no spec work and no exposure offers.

Direct access, full support
You work directly with clients and with Eddie, with the infrastructure of an agency behind you: project management, creative direction, and production support.
